Character Development at Rosemont School
At Rosemont School, we are committed to nurturing the whole child through intentional character development. Our efforts center around six core traits outlined in the Profile of a Bison, which serve as the foundation for the values we instill in our students.

Our goal is for every student to leave Rosemont fully equipped with these traits, prepared to thrive in their next academic and personal endeavors. To support this work, we implement the Upstander curriculum, a social-emotional learning program that aligns each module with the traits in our Profile of a Bison. This integrated approach ensures that character development is purposeful, consistent, and meaningful across all grade levels.
