Volunteer Clearance

For the safety of our students, teachers, staff, and fellow volunteers, you must complete the volunteer clearance process EVERY year. Please know the application process takes between 24 to 72 hours to complete.  Start the school year ready to support our schools.
 
Step 1: Complete the Volunteer Application form on the Dallas ISD website. On question 28 select Rosemont Primary, Rosemont Elementary, and Rosemont Middle School. Print the clearance form.
 
Step 2: Bring the clearance form to a volunteer orientation meeting at the campus. See the school calendar for specific dates and times.
